Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors is named an award winner in the annual Finance and Commerce Top Projects for 2019 awards program honoring the best in Minnesota construction and development.
Nolan Mains has been recognized as one of the 50 Top Projects of 2019. Developed in Edina’s 50th and France shopping district, Nolan Mains sought to expand existing walkways, create a public plaza, provide additional parking for shops and dining and offer 100 new, luxury apartments.
The Finance and Commerce Top Project Awards are chosen by a panel of judges who evaluate the level of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management and sustainability.
Unique amenity spaces include a lending library, sun room, sun deck, spa and fitness area, dog run with wash area, fireplace lounge, Rathskeller with poker table, bar and a golf simulator, kitchen with dining space, conservatory, an outdoor patio, garden patio, and a rooftop deck.
