Consolidation of the roughly 1.8 million square foot BAE Systems building in Fridley, MN began in the spring of 2015 and has continued at a steady pace through the summer. Once construction is complete, the remaining 475,000 square foot northern portion of the building will continue to house BAE Systems operations. All of this is in conjunction with the revamping of the historic Minnesota site into the new Northern Stacks industrial park.
Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors has been heavily involved in the investigation of the existing building, schematic design, construction documentation, and continued construction administration for the consolidation project. We look forward to the future of the Hyde Development project and seeing the vision of Northern Stacks come to life!
Be sure to check out the short video captured earlier this year at the BAE consolidation site! To find out more about the future and history of this great development, visit the Northern Stacks website at http://northernstacksmn.com/.
